Emily Daniels represents and advises
clients on a variety of telecommunications-related issues at
both the state and federal level. Prior to joining the
firm, she was an associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw
Pittman, where her practice focused primarily on advising
and representing broadcasters. Ms. Daniels has also worked
as a clerk for the United States District Court for the
District of Columbia’s Pro Se Unit and as a teacher in South
Africa.
Ms. Daniels is a graduate of Duke
University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree cum
laude with honors and distinction (2003). She received her
law degree magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law
Center (2006), and is a member of the bars of the
Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
