GIL M. STROBEL
Gil Strobel represents and advises clients on telecommunications-related issues at both the state and federal level.
Mr. Strobel has represented telecommunications clients in a variety of state and federal regulatory proceedings and advised them on regulatory and contractual issues. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with the law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, where his practice focused primarily on advising and representing competitive local exchange carriers.
Mr. Strobel was also an associate at Dean & Company, a Washington, D.C. area consulting firm. At Dean & Company, he provided strategic business advice to clients in the telecommunications and banking industries.
Mr. Strobel is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude (1989), and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School (1992), and is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and the State of Illinois.
